I started a small organic salad growing business in Wells in 2010. The garden overlooks the Cathedral and Glastonbury Tor. I grow plants from seed using no artificial fertilisers or chemicals in No dig beds. I pick, wash and bag the leaves with herbs and flowers to sell at the Wells markets and local pubs and restaurants. I have Adults with learning difficulties working and learning with me in the garden.
